As Head of Music Department, you will lead, develop and manage the effective delivery of an outstanding curriculum, which enables the highest level of student progress and attainment. You will be part of the professional community of Performing and Arts Departments and promote outstanding teaching and learning and a strong school culture within a nurturing and rigorous environment. You will develop the co-curricular side of the department and look to inspire and develop inclusive and elite performance opportunities through music in school, locally and nationally. We are ambitious for our ensembles to tour, compete and perform at the very highest level.
