Unlike a university based PGCE, you will be based in Ark Greenwich Free School from day one, having an impact straight away.

You’ll be supported throughout your training programme, with in-school coaches, a dedicated tutor and education experts across the network providing you with the guidance, support and advice you need.

Earn a PGCE (postgraduate certificate in education), QTS (Qualified Teacher Status), and 60 credits towards a Master’s degree at the end of your first training year, before embarking on a highly supportive and tailored Early Career Framework (ECT) in year's 2 and 3.
