On Tuesday we said farewell to our wonderful Year 11 cohort. Scholars and teachers started the day by gathering together to sign beautifully designed shirts and listening to music. We all meandered our way through various emotions - sadness at saying goodbye, happiness to be embarking on an exciting new journey, but for the staff, an overwhelming sense of pride at these remarkable young people. We know that they will continue to carry AGFS with them throughout their lives and careers and we are so excited to celebrate their results with them on 20th August.
Year 11 Prom
On Wednesday 1st July, AGFS staff and scholars met at Charlton House for a wonderful end of year Prom. The Prom, which saw our Y11 scholars dressed up to the nines, was enjoyed by all and was a wonderful celebration of 5 years hard work. Our staff and scholars enjoyed a delicious buffet before dancing the night away. This is just the start of the celebrations which will continue on into results' day. We wish all our Y11 scholars a wonderful summer holidays and can’t wait to see them again on results day in August.
