AGFS is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all of its pupils. Each scholar’s welfare is of paramount importance.
Behaviour and anti-bullying
For both scholars and staff to succeed, we have robust rules, routines and rituals which permeate throughout the school. The school operates a strict zero-tolerance approach to any poor behaviour to ensure our classrooms are free of bullying or disruption.
Rewards and Celebrations
We are excited to announce that we have increased the amount of rewards available to scholars and we are rolling out our additional rewards programme this year. The truly incredible scholars at AGFS deserve to be rewarded for all of their hard work and achievements.
House System
Every scholar will be a member of a House. The system divides scholars into small communities within the wider community and embodies our school values
Tutor Time
At AGFS, tutor time is dedicated to setting scholars up for a successful day, while being the first line in pastoral intervention.
